What we collect and why.

We collect only what you submit through inquiry forms — your name, email, phone, and budget range — together with first-party page-view analytics. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Under California Civil Code § 1798.83 (the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may request access to or deletion of your records by emailing privacy@adrianvega.la.

Form submissions are routed via Web3Forms (TLS in transit) and held in a secure CRM accessed only by Adrián and his licensed assistant. Files are retained for the duration of an active engagement plus three years thereafter, unless you request earlier deletion.

Cookies on this site are limited to first-party session and analytics. No third-party advertising pixels are installed.
