Adrián Vega is a luxury real estate salesperson with Compass Private, the discreet estate division of Compass California, based in the Beverly Hills office at 9595 Wilshire Boulevard. He has practiced continuously across the Westside trophy market since 2014, with a portfolio that has touched every $20M-plus pocket from Malibu’s Carbon Beach to Holmby Hills’ Mapleton Drive.

About a third of his closings since 2014 have been off-market. He represents both sides of the table — sellers who want a private trade, and buyers who arrive in Los Angeles already represented. The geography is narrow on purpose: five neighborhoods, each one closed in every year of practice.

Outside the practice, Adrián is a third-generation Angeleno, a USC-trained architectural historian, and a board member of two Los Angeles preservation organizations. He sits on Compass Private’s national luxury advisory council.
